Nailed it, the Orthopaedic Surgery podcast, is hosted by Dr. Wendell Cole and Dr. Jay Fitts. Both Dr. Fitts and Dr. Cole graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine in 2018 and are current Orthopaedic Surgery residents.

Both Dr. Fitts and Dr. Cole entered medical school with an interest in Orthopaedic Surgery and both of them were 2015 Nth Dimensions OSi Scholars. They are good friends, have also traveled together, and bring a playful banter to the Nailed It podcast.
