Dr. Weiss is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon. She went to medical school at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. She trained in orthopaedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and went on to a fellowship in pediatric orthopaedics at University of Southern California. She is also active in the AAOS and is the chair of the AAOS communications cabinet.
Goal of episode: To understand the relevant anatomy, physical exam findings, and treatment options for pediatric patients with supracondylar humerus fractures.
